If you have connected your Xbox Live Gamertag but you do not recognize it or it is not yours, this may be a simple case that someone else is already logged in to their Xbox account on your computer. Here is how to fix.
- Go to xbox.com
- Tap on the account name on the upper right (if logged in)
- Tap Sign out
- Go to FTW.in
- Go to My Profile
- Click Edit Profile
- Find the Networks section
- Tap Remove next to the Xbox gamertag (if there is a connected gamertag)
- Tap Connect Xbox ID
- Follow the prompts to log in to your Xbox account
If successful, you will see your gamertag listed on your Edit Profile page.
